Have you ever felt it? That perfect moment of focus—deep into a tutorial, captivated by a documentary, or lost in a music playlist—only to have it shattered by a jarring interruption?

I believe there’s a better way. A purer, more immersive way to experience the content you love. What if you could silence the noise and simply… watch?

Today, I’m thrilled to introduce Aya (Stands for Always Youtube Adblocker), a new Chrome extension designed not just to block ads, but to fundamentally restore your viewing flow.

Most, if not all, Youtube adblockers will stop working after a few times. But not Aya! I designed Aya to not display any ads inside videos (or not display the video after all – if the channel makes monetization mandatory).

Key Features & Benefits

Aya is built on a philosophy of simplicity and power. It’s designed to be invisible, working seamlessly in the background so you can focus on what matters.

  • Effortless Immersion: In its default “Full Adblock” mode, Aya works automatically. Every video thumbnail you click on YouTube instantly opens the same video in a clean, ad-free player from a different website / competitor. No configuration, no extra clicks—it just works.
  • Complete User Control: You are the master of your experience. Easily switch to “Normal Adblock” mode. YouTube will behave as usual, but you now hold the power to bypass ads anytime with a simple right-click or middle-click on a video.
  • Feather-light Performance: Aya is designed to be lean and fast. It doesn’t slow down your browser or consume unnecessary resources. You won’t even know it’s there.
  • Privacy by Design: Your privacy is not an afterthought; it’s our foundation. Aya is strictly a client-side tool. It does not—and will never—track your browsing data, see your history, or collect any personal information.

How Can Aya Help You?

Aya is for anyone who values their time and focus. Here’s how it can transform your daily viewing:

  • For the Music Lover: Queue up hours of music videos and enjoy a truly uninterrupted, concert-like session without a single ad break.
  • For the Student & Researcher: Jump between tutorials, lectures, and sources without breaking your concentration, allowing for deeper and more efficient learning.
  • For the Binge-Watcher: Follow your favorite creator’s series from one episode to the next in a seamless, fluid motion, just like watching a show on a dedicated streaming service.
  • For the Parent: Let your kids watch their favorite educational content or cartoons without the risk of inappropriate or distracting ads popping up between videos.

How to Install & Use Aya

Getting started is incredibly simple.

  1. Visit the Aya – Youtube Adblocker page on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click the “Add to Chrome” button.
  3. That’s it! The extension is now active in its default “Full Adblock” mode. Just navigate to YouTube and click any video to see the magic.

To change your settings, simply click the Aya icon in your browser’s toolbar to open the control panel. From there, you can easily switch between “Full” and “Normal” modes.

Our Commitment to Privacy & Security

In today’s digital world, trust is everything. We want to be completely transparent about how Aya works.

Aya does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

The extension requests a few basic permissions to function, and here is exactly why:

  • Context Menus: This permission is required to add the “Watch with Aya” and “Watch with ads” options to your right-click menu.
  • Storage: This is used to save your single setting (your choice of “Full” or “Normal” mode) directly on your computer. This data never leaves your machine.
  • Tabs: This allows the extension to open the ad-free player or navigate your current tab to a video, depending on your actions.

Support & Feedback

I am dedicated to making Aya the best possible tool for an enhanced YouTube experience. If you encounter any issues, have a suggestion, want to share your thoughts, need support or just would like to report a bug just reach me in one of my official social accounts.

It’s time to reclaim your focus and enjoy content the way it was meant to be seen.
